Privacy Policy.
This document explains what data of evdev.online visitors is processed, for what purpose, on what legal basis, and how to opt out.
Who the operator is
The data operator is IP Evgeniy Pereverzev (sole proprietor, Russia), INN 081404654668, OGRNIP 324619600186540 (the “Operator”).
This policy covers the processing of personal data of visitors to evdev.online (the “Site”). It applies to the Site only and does not cover third-party services linked from it (Telegram, LinkedIn, GitHub) — those are governed by their own rules.

What data is processed
Analytics data collected by the Yandex.Metrica service:
- cookie identifiers _ym_uid, _ym_d, _ym_isad;
- IP address;
- browser and device data: user agent, screen resolution, language;
- pages viewed on the Site;
- referral source — the page the visitor came from and link parameters;
- time and duration of the visit.
Technical web server logs:
- IP address;
- requested URL;
- user agent;
- date and time of the request.
Technical preferences the Site stores in the browser’s localStorage and sessionStorage:
- the selected colour theme;
- the selected interface language;
- a flag that the intro screen has been shown;
- your choice in the cookie notice and its date.
The Site does not collect names, phone numbers, email addresses or any other contact details: there are no forms, no uploads and no sign-up. Contact happens directly via Telegram or email — outside the Site, through those services.
Why the data is processed
- traffic statistics and improvement of the Site: which pages are read, where visitors come from, where the content underperforms;
- keeping the Site working and secure: error diagnostics, protection against automated requests and abuse;
- storing the visitor’s interface preferences — theme and language.
The data is not used for advertising, retargeting or profiling, is not passed to third parties for their own purposes, and is not sold. No decisions with legal effect for the visitor are made on the basis of this data.
Legal basis
Analytics data is processed on the basis of the visitor’s consent (Articles 6 and 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”). Consent is given by pressing “Accept” in the cookie notice. Until then the Yandex.Metrica counter is not loaded and no Metrica cookies are set.
Technical server logs and browser-stored preferences are processed without separate consent: they are necessary to operate the Site, to fulfil the Operator’s duty to keep processing secure, and to deliver the page the visitor requested.
Storage and retention
- Yandex.Metrica data is stored by Yandex LLC in the Russian Federation under the terms of that service. The Operator only sees it in aggregated form inside the Metrica interface and keeps no copies of it.
- Technical logs reside on the hosting provider’s server in the Republic of Kazakhstan. They are written to files with automatic rotation and are overwritten as they accumulate — typically within days or weeks depending on traffic. The Operator keeps no separate archive copies.
- Interface preferences and the consent record are stored in the visitor’s browser: sessionStorage until the tab is closed, localStorage until the visitor deletes it.
Data is processed no longer than the purposes require. Once consent is withdrawn, collection of analytics data stops.
Who the data is shared with
- Yandex LLC (Moscow, Russia) — as the operator of Yandex.Metrica, in the scope described above, under the service terms and Yandex’s privacy policy.
- The hosting provider whose server runs the Site (Republic of Kazakhstan). The Operator does not transfer personal data to it: web-server technical logs are generated automatically when a visitor requests the Site, are not organised by data subject, are not used to identify visitors, and are overwritten on rotation. No personal-data database is kept on the hosting provider’s server; the only analytics database is held by Yandex LLC in the Russian Federation.
The data is not shared with anyone else, except where the law directly requires it — for example, upon a reasoned request from an authorised state body.
Your rights and withdrawal of consent
Consent to analytics can be withdrawn at any time using the button below. After withdrawal the Yandex.Metrica counter is no longer loaded. Yandex cookies already set can be removed in your browser settings.
Consent can also be withdrawn by email to kalmbik61@gmail.com — the Operator then stops processing analytics data on its side.
A visitor may request information about the processing of their personal data, and may demand its correction, blocking or deletion if the data is incomplete, outdated, unlawfully obtained or no longer needed for the stated purpose (Articles 14, 20 and 21 of Law 152-FZ). Send requests to kalmbik61@gmail.com; they are answered within 30 days.
Regardless of the Site’s settings, collection can be blocked on your side: install Yandex’s official Metrica opt-out add-on or disable cookies in your browser. Neither affects how the Site works.
Changes to this policy
A new version of this policy is published on this page with an updated date. If the scope of data or the purposes of processing change materially, the cookie notice appears again so the visitor can confirm or withdraw consent. Current version: 21 August 2026.
