My sites are hand-coded, not builder-assembled: they load in ~1 second instead of 4-5, which matters for search rankings. Editing stays just as simple. Already on a builder? You can't break it: edits go to a draft, and visitors see the old version until you hit "Publish". Every publish is stored in version history — if something goes wrong, restore the previous version in one click. Text pasted from Word is cleaned of foreign formatting automatically.
